All of our CrossFit Classes are coach-led 60-minute classes that incorporate the constantly varied high intensity CrossFit methodology. Coefficient CrossFit classes are built for adaptation to any athlete, no matter the athletic background, age, or capabilities.

NEW TO CROSSFIT?

The Fundamentals program consists of four (4) separate 60-minute sessions that you schedule directly with our coaches. In these sessions you’ll get trained on the foundational movements and techniques that you’ll need to jump-start your CrossFit journey. There is no charge for the Fundamentals program, getting started just requires you pre-pay for your first month of membership that begins after Fundamentals is complete.

EXPERIENCED WITH CROSSFIT?

We invite anyone with 6+ months of CrossFit to experience a full CrossFit class with our community, coaching, and facility. Come see what all the hype is about! PRENATAL & POSTPARTUM FITNESS

CCF is also home to Coach Joselyn Miller’s Motherhood Strong prenatal and postpartum fitness training. Motherhood Strong provides personalized and safe programs for women before, during, and after pregnancy. CCF members get access to Motherhood Strong classes and non-members can sign-up directly with her.
