The Personal Record (PR) Program

How does it work?

● CCF members, at any time, can approach one of the CCF coaches about a physical/fitness goal that you want to achieve. The coach will work with you to solidify the goal and document a plan of attack. Meet with your coach as often as you want along your journey, but if you stay committed we will get you there.

● You’ll then have 365 days (1 year) to achieve the goal. In the meantime, we will be launching a page on our website displaying all of the active goals in the PR program so that everyone can see what others are striving for and we can all help keep each other motivated.

● When you achieve your goal, we celebrate! You’ll get a commemorative award, and permanent recognition on the CCF wall and the CCF website.

● What happens next? Pick your next goal, rinse and repeat. The PR Program is here to keep you on task with your next achievement and keep you moving forward.
