Milestone Challenges

What are milestone challenges?

The milestone challenges program at Coefficient CrossFit offers five progressive "milestones" to give our athletes goals for athletic performance across a broad range of fitness domains (wait...that sounds like...CrossFit!). Each milestone is named after an element (ex. the first one is "Iron", and the second one is "Silver"). You can view the task requirements below or on the large banners at the gym.

Note, these milestone challenges are NOT easy, and they are NOT supposed to be! It may take some athletes a lot of time and effort to get to a fitness level to accomplish all the tasks for a milestone, but we are here to help you hit these goals, no matter what it takes. As soon as the first CCF athlete achieves a particular milestone, we will unveil the next milestone (so far we've gotten through Silver). Each new milestone challenge gets more difficult.

How do you achieve a milestone?

Athletes must achieve all the task requirements for a given milestone within a 365-day period. To achieve a task, you must have a CCF coach witness and/or verify the achievement and all standards, and the CCF coach will record it in the tracking folder at the coaching desk. Athletes can attempt any task as many times as needed.
